Czech Chamber Music Society ⬩ Evgeny Kissin
This Czech Chamber Music Society season highlights Beethoven in part to mark the 200th anniversary of his death. Following this trend is an especially esteemed guest, the iconic pianist and Prague resident Evgeny Kissin. For his special concert, the virtuoso has chosen two sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven usually counted among his early works. Kissin will also play the composer’s much later set of variations on a catchy waltz by Diabelli.
