Together with Jakub Hrůša, Tomáš Netopil was appointed Principal Guest Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic from the 2018/19 season. In addition to concerts in Prague, he has led the Czech Philharmonic on several international tours.

Sir Simon Rattle, one of the most renowned conductors of our time, has accepted the position of Principal Guest Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic. He will hold the title "Rafael Kubelik Chair" from the 2024/2025 season.
Jiří Bělohlávek
former Music Director and Chief Conductor
Jiří Bělohlávek held the position of the Music Director and Chief Conductor of the Czech Philharmonic from 2012 to 2017, although his long-term and successful collaboration with the orchestra started more than thirty years ago.
